Past few days i keep getting dull pains in my left boob and ribs. i keep panicking which i think is making it worse. would it be muscular??

Musculoskeletal: Mostly it is muscloskeletal, however, it might be worth having it checked by a primary care provider. Try some simple pain analgesics in the meantime and see if that would help at all.
