Red spots on lip: Could be folliculitis/ impetigo ,bacteria- If viral 2 types of herpes 1 and 2. 2 is sexually transmitted Herpes 1 is oral ,many have been exposed since childhood . So it may be herpes 1 ( blood test will test antibodies). it is treated with acyclovir. Do not touch w/ bare finger and avoid touching eye with finger f/u/ doc
