Any unprotected: sex can lead to pregnancy without contraception. however if you are on depo provera aka petogen as recommended every 3 month.... then chances are less than 3 to 4 percent for pregnancy. your cycles may disappear and this is normal. preg tests OTC if you are worried. condoms are still recommended for std protection. protect your future fertility- use condoms.
