Yes: Plan B decreases the risk of pregnancy by about 70% when used within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. Pregnancy is still possible. If you had unprotected sex again then you need to use Plan B again. Please consider starting a more reliable form of long term birth control. IUDs and Nexplanon are the easiest, most effective option with the least side effects.
