Red cervix: Hi HaleyS, a red cervix can be normal. It is not normal if it is associated with swelling or pain. A normal pap, normal std tests, and normal pelvic exam by your doctor should be reassuring. If you have pain(abdominal or pelvic), fevers, or malodorous discharge, see your doctor immediately.
