Questions: You are best served by sitting down with your provider and having menstruation explained to you. Normally, you would ovulate 14 days(on average) prior to the onset of your next period. If you have a perfect 28 day cycle(first day of bleeding to first day of bleeding) you ovulate on day 14. 6/19 was day 10.
