Be checked...: Need a direct look after more detailed history before possibly offering right diagnosis although clinically what you described may represent the picture for psoriasis. For care, try applying topical 1% hydrocortisone skin cream lightly 1-2 times daily for 3-5 days and see if the symptoms and skin picture may improve and fade.
