May or may not bleed: The bleeding with first sex idea is overdone. Bleeding may mean fresh small tears. If a woman has a healthy vulva, vagina, and hymen; if she is very stretchy; if she is happy and relaxed, with lots of natural lubrication; if a guy enters at a good angle, at the right spot; if he moves gently with small motions until all is well-lubricated and stretched out; there may not be tearing or bleeding.

Hard to say: For many societies, the presence of a hymen with a small opening for menstrual blood is the marker for virginity. Bloody drainage with first sex is used as proof. However, some are born without a hymen or one with a thin shelf, neither of which will bleed after sex. In some areas of the world, a surgical procedure rebuilds them.If the lady says she was a virgin, I accept that.
