I took 100mg azithromycin to cure my clamydia four days ago but im still having symptoms and my rectal is very itchy why is that?

Need more time: 4 days isn't usually long enough. If you're still having symptoms after a week it could be another problem, or the azythromycin did not work for you and you need to be treated with another drug, such as doxicycline. So wait a week, then call your prescribing doctor.
