Sitz Baths: Buy about 10-15 pounds of Epsom salts and dissolve 1/2-1 lb. of in 4-6 inches of warm water in a bathtub. Soak nd keep adding warm ( not hot water ) do this at least 2-3 times daily, gently, pat dry.
