Pregnancy unlikely: The second day of your period is not a high-risk time for pregnancy. Even if you missed the day's pill altogether, it would be unlikely that you would get pregnant on this day. Idealy, you would take your pills the same time every day but they will still prevent pregnancy even if you are a few hours late occasionally. Best wishes!
