What is the likelihood of contracting an std when there was no fluid transfer?

Low: Seminal fluid often contains the infection.

Nearly the same: Skin-to-skin contact can still pass on many stds, especially herpes or hpv, even if no seminal or vaginal fluid was present. The only way to be certain of not contracting an std is to not have sex. Next best is to use a condom. Get tested if you are concerned.
