Possibly: Hello Sharing toys can allow transmission of viruses/bacteria that can cause infections. Cleaning with alcohol / soap solutions can lower the risk of transmission. If sharing toys, make sure you clean it thoroughly. While the odds of transmission are low, its not zero. Best Wishes Dr M
