Is it safe to use regular deodorant, without antiperspirant, on my thigh, and scrotum area?

Deodorants: I do not know of any deodorant that does not contain an antiperspirant. It is best to lose weight and bath frequently. Twice a day is not unreasonable. Since the odor is the result of perspiration breakdown, you can't have one without the other.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

You can use a dilute vinegar solution to combat the odor too. That has no aluminum in it and works!
