Unprotected sex will: eventually lead to pregnancy if you do it often enough. Your example suggests you had sex with her BEFORE Nov 31, she then took Plan B, and had 3 periods after that. If you did NOT have unprotected sex with her AFTER Feb 11, then you did not get her pregnant. When a girl has her period, it is essentially guaranteed that she is not pregnant. Use condoms and play safely.
