Missed period: If you had sex on your period then this is a very low risk time for getting pregnant. Use over the counter Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy. If you miss your next period then check a pregnancy test. If you do not want to be pregnant start birth control.
