Doctor can evaluate: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see what might be causing pain in the stomach. Constipation can cause pain there. Stomach flu or impending diarrhea can be a cause. In women, problems with an ovary or fallopian tube can cause pain. A doctor's evaluation is helpful, because there are many possible causes for the pain. Rubbing a penis doesn't cause stomach aches, if no semen gets into a vagina.
