Sure: Having sex 2 days before expected ovulation is a great way to create a baby. One can check a urine pregnancy test now that a period has been missed for a week. If one's activities might lead to pregnancy, be sure to be married, settled down, and with a good jobs that provide health insurance (babies have a lot of doctor visits).
