Not normal, see MD: It's too soon for symptoms for an STD from exposure only a day previously. Thick, "lotion like" discharge suggests gonorrhea, which usually causes symptoms after 2-5 days. Could be nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), often due to chlamydia, but symptoms usually start at 7-10 days. So you need to look to an earlier exposure. In any case, definitely get examined professionally. Do it right away.
