Hmmm...: One should always have a reliable birth control method if not trying to get pregnant (no exceptions on that). If trying to get pregnant, one should ask her Ob-Gyn doctor how long to wait after her abortion before starting trying for a baby. A pregnancy causes NO symptoms until at least 10-14 days after conception.
