Does a full blood count detect possibilities of stis???

No: A blood count does not detect specific infections. You need to be tested for each organism separately.

?: If you are referring to sexually transmitted diseases(STD) and if by a "full blood count" you mean a CBC, the answer is no. If you mean a full panel of blood tests: routine blood tests don't check for evidence of STD. They could only tell if you had an STD in the past. To diagnose a current STD you need a sample or swab to be sent for testing. For HIV a blood test is required for diagnosis.
