No, well...: none of these protect from STD's/HIV. On the other hand the risk of pregnancy is quite low. Furthermore, if there is pregnancy with an IUD termination would be advised.

Wow: Only thing that you did not do was use a condom. Sounds like the chances of pregnancy are pretty low. This actually is way over the top, bordering on obsessive or paranoid behavior, so I would worry more about that than pregnancy.
