Here are some...: Before starting anal sex, think that anus is meant for defecation not for coitus although being perversely used for sexual exploration and pleasure. How to do it? Two things to be sure are dilating anal ring slowly & gradually to suit mental and physical fit, and using ample lubricant as those used for vaginal coitus as needed. Of course, work slowly & closely with partner so to develop its tempo.

A 27-year-old male asked:

How can I perform anal sex safely and is it affects the anus or stretches it?

See Below: The anus really isn't meant for sexual intercourse. It is meant to expel feces. There is no way to avoid stretching of the anus if you choose to have sex that way. That being said, anal intercourse is not necessarily dangerous or life threatening. Just be sure to use protection to avoid STD's. Hope this helps!
