Probably all is well: If no discharge, probably not NGU, for which discharge is the main symptom -- not painful urination, pelvic pain, etc without discharge. And NGU due to oral bacteria probably is harmless for partners. To be safe, it was OK to treat your wife, but likely unnecessary. In any case, at this point and with negative swab tests, you can safely assume no continuing infection and no danger to your wife.
