Yes, you should.: The manufacturer of the HPV vaccine states that you do not need to start the series over and that you can just go and get the 3rd one to complete the series.

Immune stimulation: Research has shown dependable long term immunity with the three dose series while one or two would not consistently provide that benefit. Such is true with some vaccines, which push your immune system to work, but do not have the same stimulant effect as the actual disease.You do not have to start over, you can get the third dose when its convenient.
