Well, yes and no.: If your boy friend has no sperm (no sperm in semen) which is sterile, then you could not get pregnant with him. When you get ready to try to have a baby, having sex or artificial insemination is about the only way. I doubt I have answered your question....but how does your boyfriend know he is sterile? He must have had a semenalysis some time. Men presume they are fertile, until no pregnancy .
