Here are some...: Detailed general and specific history & targeted physical exam will more surely provide a reasonable diagnosis, and tests merely confirms clinical suspicion but would not help how to treat and manage what might have been happening to you. Clinically, penile numbness suggests the nerve to the penis is being irritated by some causes. Ask doc on how to figure the things out for you.
