I had the implanon removed 2 months ago. i had sex on the 18th and took ella (ulipristal acetate) that day then i had sex on the 21st could it be very likely to be pregnant?

Not likely: Ella, (ulipristal acetate) and other EC pills such as Plan B, can alter the menstrual bleeding, for the cycle in which the pill was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because EC pills work most of the time, but not all the time. Also, one should get on a primary method of birth control (Plan A), to stop needing EC.
