Needs an exam: Since your pregnancy test is negative we know that you are not pregnant. The vaginal discharge and swollen vulva are not normal and need to be evaluated. Yeast is the most common cause but others are possible too. When you see the doctor you can also discuss the irregular menstrual cycles, nausea, bloating and breast tenderness. These sound like hormonal changes.

You need to see Dr.: Something is going on and it is impossible to know what without examining you. Until you get to a clinic, you can sit in warm water for the vulvar discomfort and also apply heat to breasts. Drink ginger tea or ale for nausea. Don't understand the last part of your question.
