Here are some...: Using male or female condom for better safe sex is just heighten protection by adding additional barrier to the natural barriers - skin and mucosa. If natural barrier is violated by physical trauma or chemical injury, we rely on humoral immune defense including antibodies, WBC, complicated inflammatory processes, etc. Condom helps such, but there has been no known specific study to address yours.
