30 days: You should use a back-up method for 30 days, since I have no way of knowing if you already ovulated this cycle. You should also note that this may throw off your periods for a few months and cause bleeding during your pill pack but that's OK. They should regulate after 3-4 months and you will still be protected against pregnancy.
