Your doctor can: treat with topical liquid nitrogen or stronger acid substance. Surgical removal can work. I have injected them with something to stimulate the immune system to attack the wart. To get rid of them you need your immune system. Talk to your doc. Freezing has worked well. Get the vaccines for HPV as well

I won't clear: Unlikely to clear with over the counter medication , See your doctor soon to eradicate them , you already waited 2 yrs who will help you. Also at 26 you still may benefit with quadrivalent vaccine for other 3 sub type HV ( human papilloma virus )
