Pelvic discomfort: It is possible that your discomfort is due to adhesions for the tubal ligation. After surgery the body makes stringy bits of fascia to heal the wound inside. Sometimes these adhesions give a pulling sensation or even pain. On the other hand, you might have a UTI or other infection which will cause those symptoms, so best to get checked.
