Would the morning after be worth getting if engaged in unprotected sex approx 9 or 10 days after getting a positive on ovulation predictor test?

Kinda, sorta: Best way to get pregnant is to have unprotected sex. Sure you can try to time around ovulation but that's not as effective as some form of contraception. So if you don't want to conceive, consider some form of birth control but if you're caught up in heat of moment, then emergency contraception (morning after pill) is available. Only you can weigh cost of pill vs unwanted pregnancy.

it is risky to have unprotected sex unless your partner is monogamous. I would suggest see your MD or a Gyn and be treated according to findings.
