Kinda, sorta: Best way to get pregnant is to have unprotected sex. Sure you can try to time around ovulation but that's not as effective as some form of contraception. So if you don't want to conceive, consider some form of birth control but if you're caught up in heat of moment, then emergency contraception (morning after pill) is available. Only you can weigh cost of pill vs unwanted pregnancy.
