Sex during period: Would not worry. Getting pregnant during your period is highly unlikely.. Pregnancy usually occurs during ovulation which is 14 days before the start of the next period/ 8-21 days after the start of your current period depending on cycle length. Consider birth control Implanon implant lasts 3 years f/u with doc/ urgent care/planned parenthood
