Yes.: Amenorrhea can be caused by a few different hormonal imbalances. These imbalances are associated with rare or no ovulation and make it very unlikely that a woman will get pregnant without some infertility treatments. BUt with that said - it is always POSSIBLE for ovulation to have occurred and so as a precaution I would recommend taking the Plan B. I would also recommend using birth control...
