Hi me and my girlfriend just had sex one week after her c section without protection. need help can she get pregant?

Very unlikely: Her hormones namely Bhcg would still be elevated and it is highly unlikely that she would have ovulated. It is much more likely that she could have been injured. All that being said, please do not have unprotected sex so that her body may heal from this pregnancy before pregnancy occurs again. Be the Man and watch out for her health.

Mostprobably not: But be careful.......have little consideration. Only safe option is if she rises you and takes birth control pill/shot/IUD.
