Fertility: You husband will collect semen privately by masturbation and the sample assessed with a microscopic count. Female testing is more variable but usually include serum testing for certain hormonal abnormalities, often includes ultrasound to assess pelvic anatomy, and should early-on include an x-ray study to test fallopian tubes.
