I really dont understand the ovulation process,but me and my fiancee had sex a week after my period,and i take a pregnancy test 2 weeks its negative,can i try again 3 weeks after?

Timing is important: ovulation takes place 14 days before next anticipated period. Consider timing sex just prior to, during or just after ovulation. Have you considered waiting until you are married to become pregnant?
