Yes: Bleeding for an entire month is cause for concern especially if you are using your contraceptive consistently and properly. It can be a symptom of an infection or abnormal cells on the cervix. You need to be seen ASAP for a full history, exam, and testing before you become severely anemic and get sicker. See your PCP, gynecologist, or an urgent care clinic today. Hope you are better soon.
