?yeast: There could possibly be a mild yeast infection to account for the itch and redness. Wearing too tight jeans may also be the problem. Yeast thrive in warm,moist areas where friction is likely(armpits,groin,vulva). Try applying an antiyeast cream like nystatin or mycostatin for a week and avoid wearing tight jeans.
