A member asked:

I have a skin colored bump where my bowel movements come out, it's kind of feels like a bubble? could this be an anal fissure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely, but...: Typically anal fissures are extremely painful and occur in the posterior midline of the anus. Your body can form a reactive papilla of skin adjacent to a fissure. However, without pain this could likely be a benign skin tag.
