Less risk for him: Unprotected sex increases risk fot sexually transmitted diseases ( on either end); HIV risk greater anal receptive. Uti risk for him. Risks for you more than him, including traumatic injury to rectum, anal sphincter, nerves. Over time can lead to continence issues.
