As soon as you stop: It u stop birth control pills at the end of the pack, without starting a new pack as directed, then u are no longer protected against unintended pregnancy. If u are not ready to get pregnant, u will need to use another form of effective contraception consistently as soon as next pack was due to start. I suggest seeing Dr to discuss other contraceptive options or address why you want to stop pills
