Not recommended: The standard recommendation is to wait a week and you really shouldn't take the chance at 4 days. However, probably you could get away with it, especially if you're very careful about proper condom use. But better to avoid sex, or at least avoid insertive sex. Hand contact, body rubbing, etc would be fine.
