Doubt it: Most BC methods work by preventing ovulation. This includes the patch. The hormones in the patch would remain in your tissues for a while after removal.As the hormone levels fall, you may ovulate.Then it takes time for the egg to move in position for fertilization. Sperm loose fertility a few days after release.It would be good for you to plan this with him, or you may end up a single mom
