No: By "the 2 dates of your next Depo-Provera shot", i assume you mean that you're on depoprovera now & have been given a time range between which you must get your next shot if you are to avoid having to repeat pregnancy test. As long as you get your shot between those 2 dates (assuming properly calculated such that each shot should be no more than 90 days apart), then current Depo-Provera should still be in effect.
