Whichever: Discuss with your doctor. The "best" one is the one you remember to use so that you don't have unprotected sex. It varies with the individual. There is not one "best" for everyone.

Condom & BCP: Well fitting ale condom (neither too large or too small) will prevent semen from entering the vagina & thus from fertilizing the female's ova & will protect both partners from std. Birth control pill adds layer of protection in case condom tears or slips off. No single contraceptive method is 100% reliable. Many sexual partners find using condoms is unromantic & reduces sensitivity & enjoyment.
