Libido: Not from a physiologic standpoint. Some man may even have an increased libido when they don't fear impregnating their loved one.

No : There is no relationship between libido and a vasectomy. It simply prevents the sperm from being released during ejaculation. So it has nothing to do with the actual sex drive or with the act of sex (including erection and ejaculation.).
