It depends: It depends on your definition of "too much". Daily ejaculation can lower a sperm count. Of course, if one starts with a super-high count, reducing it may still allow for a fertile count; conversely, starting with a low count can potentially lower the count to an infertile level. However, remember all it takes is one, good sperm to achieve a pregnancy!

Likely, but still OK: It would likely reduce your sperm count in the short term. But it may actually have some other effects, some good, some bad. There are some re's who actually recommend frequent ejaculation in the days leading up to their ivf sperm collection date. The thinking is that with ivf you need very little sperm, and that it might be better to vigorously eliminate the less-fresh sperm.
